Welcome to True Game USA. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services, including the purchase of custom sports uniforms and athletic gear. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

True Game USA designs, manufactures, and sells custom sports apparel and performance gear including but not limited to:

• Team uniforms (Football, Basketball, Baseball, Soccer, Golf, Tennis, Youth Sports)
   
• Custom headwear, gloves, and socks
   
• Compression and performance gear
   

Each product is made to order and may vary based on customer specifications.

• Orders for custom uniforms and gear must be submitted with finalized artwork, logos, and roster details.
   
• True Game USA is not responsible for errors in submitted artwork, misspellings, or incorrect sizing information provided by the customer.
   
• All custom designs are subject to approval. We reserve the right to refuse any design we deem inappropriate or infringing on third-party rights.
   

• Production timelines vary depending on the size and complexity of the order.
   
• Estimated lead times will be communicated upon order confirmation.
   
• Production time begins after final artwork approval and full payment (or agreed deposit) is received.
   
• Rush orders may be available for an additional fee, subject to production capacity.
   

• Shipping timelines are separate from production timelines.
   
• We are not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
   
• All shipments will include tracking details once dispatched.
   

• Prices are quoted in USD and subject to change without notice.
   
• Payment is required in full prior to production unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
   
• Accepted payment methods include major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and ACH transfer.
   
• Sales tax may be applicable depending on shipping destination and local laws.
   

• Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.
   
• We do not accept returns or exchanges on customized items.
   
• If your order arrives with manufacturing defects or errors made by True Game USA, we will remake or repair the item at our expense.
   
• Defective items must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photographic proof.
   

• All designs, logos, and content on our website are the intellectual property of True Game USA or its licensors.
   
• You may not use our branding, images, or materials without written consent.
   

True Game USA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item in question.

We are not liable for delays or failure to fulfill obligations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, or labor strikes.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the LAWS of the FEDERAL GOVERMENT in the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
